U Soe Aung Kyaw is the Managing Director of S&C Hla Tun Consulting Co., Ltd. His early career involved significant roles alongside U Hla Tun Group, CPAs and Financial Consultants, including serving as the Deputy Statutory Manager (appointed by the Head of State) for the Mandalay Brewery Statutory Management Project. This project involved the National Brewery, Myanmar’s oldest (established 1886), which later became a joint venture with Kirin Brewery. His expertise also extended to a US$ 5.8 million OPEC loan project for Yangon and Mandalay Technical Universities as a Technical Consultant for Tender Evaluation. Furthermore, he served as a Technical Consultant for the liquidation of Myanmar Triumph Int’l Ltd., assessing their machinery, and was a key Investigation Team Member for a Money Laundering investigation at Asia Wealth Bank, Myanmar’s largest private bank. He also led the technical evaluation team for the plant and heavy machinery of Myanmar Zwe Mann Mining group of Companies.

Daw Chaw Kalaya serves as the Chief Executive Officer of S&C Hla Tun Consulting Company Limited, bringing over 23 years of expertise in empowering businesses across Myanmar. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), and a Certified Public Accountants (Myanmar).

Her strong academic and professional background underpins a board skill set that includes accounting, internal control system design and implementation, taxation, corporate secretarial services, business valuations, and guiding companies through Initial Public offerings (IPOS).

Daw Chaw Kalaya has a proven track record of delivering strategic advisory and practical business solutions to clients across a wide range of industries, including mining, food and beverage, retail, restaurant chains, trading, manufacturing, agriculture, and livestock. Her commitment to continuous professional development is reflected in her training with RSM Singapore, Win Consulting Ltd., and U Hla Tun Group Audit Firm. She continues to contribute significantly to Myanmar’s business landscape through her role as a financial consultant to numerous SMEs.

U Aung Nyunt is not only the Business Advisory but also the Senior consultant of S&C Hla Tun Consulting Co.,Ltd . From 1966 to 2007, nearly (41) years of services at Myanmar Timber Enterprise and retired as a General Manager (Planning). As an attached duty in 1991, he served as a Director (Finance) for two years at National Industrial Holding Company Limited (NIHL) (Public Company).From 1995 to 1996, he was a part time Director of Myanmar Forest Products Joint Venture Company Limited (Forest J.V), Myanmar Korea Timber International Company Limited (MKTI), Myanmar Seal Company Limited (M.S.L) and International Business Centre (I.B.C) Co.,Ltd. Starting from 2008 to 2013, he was an Independent Auditor for the union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), Myanmar Engineering Society (MES), NGO – Japan seeds Asia Project, Trustee Board of Pyi Shwe San Taw pagoda and International Business Centre Company Limited (I.B.C) under the name of Aung Nyunt and Associates (Auditors). He attended the Audit Committee Master Programme in April 2018 jointly sponsored by international Finance Corporation and Myanmar Institute of Directors.
